CANNOT LOG ON TO MY PROFILE ON YOUR WEBSITE

I am unable to log on to your website. My reference number is not valid.

Please enter your reference number without spaces. Should you have still not be able to log into your web portfolio on our site, kindly email your invalid reference number to ourconsultants to: inquiries@workplacements.co.za Please remember that your web portfolio is only activated once our consultants received the completed application forms from you either by post or e-mail. Should you send application forms to us without all the registration requirements, our system does not accept the application and your web portfolio is not registered. In such a case, you will not be able to log in to your web portfolio. Kindly assure that that you have sent to us all required documents as per our application forms.

CANNOT SEND THE ONLINE APPLICATION

I am unable to send filled online application.

When completing the on-line forms, you must complete job TWO job categories. This means that you have to first select your PRIMARY position. Then you have to select an ALTERNATIVE position. Should you have any difficulties sending your online application on our website, please email your current CV to: inquiries@workplacements.co.za and we will complete the application for you and email the forms to you.

HAVE NOT RECEIVED APPLICATION FORMS

I have received an email from Workplacements.co.za and I was supposed to receive the applicationforms. The email was empty.

We email our selected candidates the forms in.pdf format. This format is freely available and applicable throughout the world. It is possible that your email system has anti-spam program running that will remove the .pdf forms from your email. Because of this, all our selected candidates receive our SMS passwords so that the .pdf forms may be downloaded directly from our system. We can also send our candidates our forms by ordinary mail.Should you need assistance with the forms, kindly contact our consultants at: inquiries@workplacements.co.za

VALIDITY OF FORMS

What is validity of my registration forms?

The registration forms are not time restricted so you may apply with Workplacements.co.za wheneveryou are ready. You may use the original forms you have received from us.

HOW LONG DOES THE PLACEMENT PROCESS TAKE

How long should I wait for a job?

The placement procedure may take as long as 3 - 6 months, depending on individual candidate qualification, country of required placement and job types available in the required locations. After viewing job files we prepare for our candidates (after registration with our company) to speed-up the placement process, we recommend that our candidates select and contact the companies they are interested in for additional information and speedy placement.

NON-QUALIFIED CANDIDATE

I am non-qualified job seeker. Can I apply?

You may apply for non-qualified position. Some employers require non-qualified and inexperienced personnel for labor work.

RELOCATION / ACCOMMODATION SPONSORSHIPS

Who will pay for my tickets, visa, accommodation etc...?

Some employers offer these facilities to their selected candidates. The candidates can apply for relocation/accommodation/visa assistance directly with the employers or with our company.

VISA/ WORK PERMITS

How can I apply for a work permit / visa?

Many of the companies do offer visa and work permit for their selected candidates. When communicating with your future employer, kindly request work permit assistance from them. VOIP DELIVERY

When will I get the VOIP technology?

Due to the fact that many candidates do not utilize the supplied our supplied pre-paid VOIP technology, we post the sets only after we receive our candidate’s request for the system. Upon your receipt of our pre-paid VOIP phone system from us, you will be able to call any landline or cellular number in more then 100 countries - free of charge to you.

VOIP CREDIT

Where do I get the skype (VOIP ) credit?

Skype name and credit is pre-paid by our company ( VOIP ) automatically, once we have received your signed documents from you.

UPDATED JOB FILES

Where can I find updated job files?

In your Internet Browser, please type in: http://www.workplacements.co.za and log on to your profile to view the Job Files (after our website opens, on the right-side of our homepage, you will find a section “Registered Candidates”. In the window provided, place your reference number and login to your profile. You may use the pre-paid VOIP system (supplied to you) to contact the selected companies you are interested in working with. Please note that the job files we supply to you are updated regularly - mostly on adaily basis.

WAITING FOR JOB FILES

I am still waiting for my job files. I have received SMS regarding my job files.

The preparation of your marketing portfolio and the relevant job files for your reference takes approximately 30 days after we have received the registration documentation form you either by post or e-mail. Part of our candidate presentation is also one of creating a personal web presentation for the candidate – the job files can then be viewed on this personal web portfolio by login in your Reference Number we assign to the candidate (this ref. no. is on the 1st page of our Application forms our candidates receive from us)

UPDATING OF MY CV & PHOTO

How can I update my CV profile or photo in my profile?

Log on to your personal web profile section and click on the link ‘Update your CV data or photo‘  You need to have your CV or photo saved in your computer. Then you can simply paste your updated data into your portfolio.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED SUITABLE JOB FILES

I cannot find suitable job in my job files section.

Note that at times some employment positions are not available for immediate placement. However the new roles become available within two weeks or so, we then relay the files to yourportfolio once the new positions become available.

CHANGE OF POSITION OR COUNTRY OF PLACEMENT

Can I change job position and the country of employment?

You may request a change of position, country of placement or any other alternation of your portfolio by sending your request to: inquiries@workplacements.co.za

CRIMINAL RECORD

If I have a criminal record, can I apply for job?

Some employers do discriminate as regards criminal history of an applicant BUT it depends on what type of criminal record a candidate has.

MY FAMILY/CHILDREN

Can I take my family & my children with me overseas?

We recommend that our company initially assists you with a placement for yourself only.Once this is in place, your new employers will advice you what procedures to follow in order for your family to join you.

MY FAMILY/ PARTNER

I would like to work in the same area as my friend (partner)

Please specify required country and area where you would like to work and we will try to locate suitable placement for you and your friend in the same area. Include your friend’s reference number in your registration forms.

AGE LIMIT

What is an age limit for job seekers?

Our company does not discriminate as regards age limit for our clients, so you can apply at any age. However, some employers do require particular age group of their personnel so your application for a placement will be forwarded your future employer for their consideration.

INVALID CONTACT DETAILS IN JOB FILES

The email address in my job files is not valid.

The email addresses are provided directly by employers. Some companies cancel the email address when they find suitable candidates. Pls note that we do all possible to prepare new files for you as soon as possible. The new posts are available daily in your profile.
